This is similar to the in-out Teen Patti variation (see details above). The three cards dealt to all players and the three trump cards are placed face up on the table. After the cards are dealt, players must declare whether they are “in” or “out”. Players will show this by giving a thumbs up for “in” and a thumbs up for “out”.
After the player chooses “in” or “out”, he draws a “temperature” card and opens it on the table. If the temperature card is between an A and a 6, the person with the lowest hand wins. But if the temperature card is between 7 and K, the highest hand wins.

In this Teen Patti variation, all Kings are treated as Joker cards, which means you can use them as any card. In addition, there is another condition, that is, among the 3 cards each player gets, the card with the smallest point will become the Joker.
For example, suppose you have K, J, and 3 in your hand, and your K and 3 become universal joker cards, you can use these two cards as J, and you have the hand card “J, J, J”

Kiss-Miss-Bliss
The main difference between Kiss-Miss-Bliss and regular teen patti, is there are 5 cards dealt to each player as we all know that supposed to be 3 cards in the original teen patti rules. You will have to select 2 cards together to make a “joker/wild” out of your hand cards.
There’s no limitation of which two to select, and there are 3 types of jokers you can make: Kiss, Miss, or Bliss.
- Kiss: A numerically sequential pair is considered a single virtual wild card; for example A,2 or 8,9 or J,Q – but K,A isn’t considered wild.
- Miss: A pair missing the card that would form a sequence is considered a single virtual wild card; for example A,3 or 8,10 or J,K – but K,2 isn’t considered wild.
- Bliss: A pair having two same-numbered cards (regardless of suit or colour) is considered a single virtual wild card; for example 8,8 or A,A.
You can only form one joker card in each round. One of the remaining cards will have to be discarded for the game to continue. In that way you will only have 3 cards. 2 regular cards and 2 cards that form a joker card.
In this real cash Teen Patti variation, you have to discard 2 cards if you are not able to form a joker/wild.
